Bereavement of Isom Buford on March 16, 2014

It is with deepest sympathy we regret to inform you that our Logan Powell Family has suffered the lost of its greatest family male head, ISOM BUFORD. To whom we all loved dearly, deeply respected, greatly admired, and held in the utmost of high esteem, lost his battle to complications related to a cerebral vascular brain incident on the afternoon of Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the seasoned age of 79. Isom was definitely the Patriarch that held our family reunions together like glue.

As we mourn this great lost, let us keep in mind that he would want the family to remember the legacy he laid of bonding our families together every two years faithfully, among so many other good deeds we all had come to know about him personally; he would want us to push ahead. May we rejoice in those many treasured memories as we think of him today, forever and always.

Let us keep his immediate family in our thoughts and prayers, knowing that death leaves a heartache only time can heal, but that love leaves a memory no one can steal.
